You should be able to see the bookings entered this year in the window below.

Please select the correct room from the selection box in window below. The entries are pretty much up to date, but a booking cannot be confirmed until the booking secretary has had the opportunity to check things.

For occasional bookings, payment of the refundable deposit (£200) and payment of the hire fee is required before the booking is confirmed.

Special Note: To view bookings that use both the Hall AND the Benneworth Lounge you will need to select “All Rooms” from the drop down list at the top of the window.
